You should talk to the original auction's person that was selling it and see if he has the VHS video, that's what I'd do but I don't have an eBay account.

Does this have the full footage of the kids dancing to the Spice Girls?

He's probably referring to an episode or something else of ZOOM.

I know that, but for some reason I have a very vague memory of the actual Spice Girls appearing on the show and singing "Stop" (which the kids were dancing to). I remember my mom telling me and then seeing pictures of it, either on the ZOOM site or somewhere else, but now I wonder if she was talking about the clip from the making of episode and the pictures I saw was just false memory. I know I'm not confusing it with All That (where the Spice Girls did appear). And I think there were only four of them as Geri left in 1998. The kids were dancing in this too.
This is why I'd like to see the full footage of Lynese, Alisa, Zoe, and Keiko dancing - maybe it was connected to the appearance or not. If not, I have a case of the Mandela effect.
