Outside of the LMW/A articles, I can't find a single piece of evidence on the internet that this game exists. There are also no sources in the article, which hurts its credibility.

This looks like a really obvious hoax to me. The information on copies and who has them is too specific, if it was a withheld game with that much info there'd be so much more online, even if just passing mentions.
Also the label on the image - an image not mirrored elsewhere online - looks possibly Photoshopped. The fact it's not elsewhere online suggests to me that it was created by the uploader, if one of the two holders of copies had released it, I'm sure that'd be a story covered on other sites.
At the very least that picture is DEFINITELY fake - that's not handwriting, it's a font. Notice how both of the R's in the word "RETURN" look exactly the same. And how there's no grain on the text despite there being clearly visible grain on the other dark parts of the picture.

Wow that actually bothers me that the article had been sitting there for a year and it was all fake. Stupid people. If they're gonna make a fake at least make it a convincing fake.
Also the game I was talking about ApolloJustice was Kekcroc, another fake game.

Oh yeah guys, game is totally real - the "blank cartridge" is a fake image with the label removed made by the CIA to convince the populous the game did not exist. I coded it therefore it is real.
