Actually 1000 pesos are a little bit expensive for a tape. On my walks in bazaars I saw original tapes in 50 pesos (like 2 USD).
Maybe the guy from Mercado Libre sells the colletion in 2000 pesos because they are in good quality or are an special edition.
If I lived on Mexico City I would able to contact the seller personally. However if you need help to get the tape I would consider to buy it.
