At the beginning of that Rossi video there's a clip of animation for jimmyneutron.com - Maybe rehydrated was something intended (or maybe actually used) for online purposes and it somehow accidently ended up in that 2003 bumper? Just a thought.

If it was clips from the short then why didnt Goopy Rossi upload the rest?
I think it's safe to say it was just some interruption and never a 10 minute short. The only thing that i can say is lost is the audio to that clip.

my theroy is that its a short snippit of a cutsence of a spongebob video game judging by the cgi which looks like a gamecube or something.it reminds me of that spongebob game on ps2 where you played as patrick and spoungebob and plankton through their dreams kinda like that season one episode

It looks like a video game. But I really can't see the point of this promo. Jimmy neutron flys around, a rugrats clip, a cgi dog eating god knows what and finally a spongebob matrix with porno music in the background. It doesn't make sense what so ever lol
