It can't be. The short is actually more of a parody of The Matrix Reloaded, which came out on May 15, 2003, than the original, so the Jimmy Neutron movie would have already been out for two years by that point.

Yea, sticking by this. The quality is isn't that great for a short and animation isn't like Jimmy Neutron, which it would have to be comparable too to make this a short, So it's probably a Parody Trailer of The Matrix Reloaded or just some clip that interrupted shows.

EDIT: Just sent an email to Nickelodeon Animation Studio. Woman on the other line said she'd forward it to CH Greenblatt, who iirc worked on Spongebob in 2002-2003, so he may have some answers.
