Sadly, not a response from Dan Zanes, been 2 weeks since I emailed him.
Gonna try contacting one of the band members, Barbara Brousal, the person who wrote the Malti song and is in some of the music videos, I'll contact her later with the email that's on her website.
Do you know where you got this info? I may try digging for more people who were a part of the music writing/in the videos
I found it under the WorldCat article for the DVD, there's some people under performers, so might be a lead since none of our contacts have replied yet.

Ok, here is a unexpected but maybe dead end lead I found while minding my own business on the internet.
I was watching a YouTuber's newest video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eU4dIovQLjs). This video was about looking through some VHS bulk lot he bought off second hand. At 0:40 of the video, you can see a tape labelled "House Party". Could this be the show we are looking for? If so, I could use the business email on his profile asking for him to check the tape or other way of contact.
One concern I have about that VHS being the show tho: When was the VHS phased out? I am pretty sure DVDs were the big thing the early 2000s (time this show aired)
EDIT: The clip of "Down in the Valley" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pk6ZVAknlSQ) has at the beginning the original air date (3/15/2005). Is it possible it was reran for a long time, hence the 2008 recording date for Malti?
You could try contacting him, but I doubt it's the show we're even looking for, there's multiple shows and movies named House Party.
And also VHS were phased out in the mid-late 2000's when this show we're looking for was being aired so that's probably a dead end anyways.
Alright, PikaFusion, I emailed Dan Zanes, not expecting for him to have a copy of any of the episodes, he should at least has some info about the show in general, if he replies.
Would it be a good idea to download the remaining videos from YT and upload them to the Internet Archieve?
EDIT: Maybe someone on here could also contact Dan Zanes via the pages from the 1st post on this thread about this? I don't use the social media platforms on those pages
I could try contacting him on one of those to see if he has any extra footage or just more info about the show.
I looked at the Wikipedia for Playhouse Disney shows and it says that Dan Zanes House Party was an interstitial program. I looked for what an interstitial program was and Wikipedia gives me “ In television programming, an interstitial program (or wraparound program or wraparound segment) refers to a short program that is often shown between movies or other events, e.g. cast interviews after movies on premium channels. The term can also refer to a narrative bridge between segments within a program, such as the live action introductions to the animated segments in the Disney films Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, or the Simpson family's interludes during their annual Treehouse of Horror episodes.” TL;DR an interstitial program is a program that runs between things like movies. So Dan Zanes House Party may or may not be considered an actual show. Thing is though the recordings themselves are named “Dan Zanes House Party” and specify that they were recorded all at 5:20am which means that the show must’ve aired on a specified time slot so it can’t really be an interstitial program. I think at least. Just something of note.
That would explain why OP from the previous thread assumed it was a bumper. Could it be that we are just missing some music videos tho? But which songs got videos other than the ones online right now?
Could you send over a source for where does it say 4 episodes?
I used the Wikipedia page, will leave the quote from the page below: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dan_Zanes "In 2003, he played himself on Dragon Tales Let's Start a Band on TV film. The fourth album in the family series is House Party (2003), a rambunctious 20-song collection with a diverse instrumentation that, in addition to the usual guitars, banjos, upright bass and drums, includes such instruments as tuba, accordion, pump organ, djembe and saw. House Party was nominated for a Grammy in the Musical Album for Children category. Music video selections from the House Party album played during the Disney Channel's morning program suite known as Playhouse Disney from 2005–2007. New music video selections occasionally play on Nickelodeon's Noggin."
My next step might be to contact jameshernandez45e 01 via the YT comments of his videos, but he doesn't seem to be answering new comments
Yes I seen many contradictions for the airing dates. First 2005-2007 on Dan Zanes's wikipedia page, then 2006-2007 on the wikipedia page for list of Playhouse Disney shows, and then 2008 for the recording of Malti that is on YT. Would it be beneficial for me to upload the remaining clips in good or decent quality to the Internet Archieve?
EDIT: It seemed like the wiki page was taken down
They found the page where it says the show has 4 episodes from Google's Knowledge Panel, not sure where Google got the information from about there being 4 episodes though.
Disney never released anything of the show, so there's nothing other than those low quality clips on YouTube, so there might be episodes missing, because there's only 5 clips, and for a show than ran for 2 years, I feel like they would have made more than that?
Would it be worth for this show (the show the song came from) to have its own thread for a search? Or would that be fruitless?
Could be interesting, and worthy of a thread, someone in this thread was already in contact with Disney, so might be worth a shot, we would have to find out if the show has more episodes than the clips posted on YouTube though.
I know the search is over at this point, but is there a possibility for a higher quality version of the clip?

Edit: Okay now for a post with less emotion lmao Yesss this is it though. I am /absolutely/ blown away that you tracked it down, I've been looking for so very long. I don't know what else to say right now because I'm legitimately on the verge of tears, but we can mark this one solved.
Thank you so SO very much to everyone who helped, and all the work you put in. I never expected this kind of turn out, but it means the world. <3
Glad I was able to find the video! We can mark this case as closed now.
(Highly suggest that you download the video, as it's the only decent quality video of the episode and so it doesn't go missing.)
Then when looking up clips on YouTube, I found a clip called Malti, which at 1:35, the song sounds really alike to what OP posted, as far as I can tell because the audio that's originally posted is hard to hear.
The show aired from 2005-2007, someone in the comments said it was Spanish the song is in, and it has a man and a woman with a guitar singing to children, so I'm almost convinced this is it.
So The Overcoat is a unfinshed animated film by Russian director and animator Yuri Norstein that began production in 1981 and has yet to be finished .
This film is through development hell beacuse the director (Yuri Norstein) is what you might call a freelance artist . And there isn’t any studio backing this up ( since he refused funding from many studios ) . He has a site on his own which has not been updated since 2015. www.norshteyn.ru/eng/
There hasn’t been info on this film since 2014 ..which the director saying he spends a lot of his time on the film . I guess you can call the entire film lost media now .
But the funny thing is there’s no footage of those 30 minutes or more of the film ( since this was 14 years ago and the film started production 37 years ago )
I can only find a few clips two low quality clips from 10 years ago by the user Carl Steen youtu.be/mjSGIjGy1qQ
And another one with the Russian name of the film with 2 more minutes of footage by the user romankventer in 2009 youtu.be/hO2QqDervCU
PBS might have aired some footage on there miniseries the Face Of Russia ( which is also lost media )at some point beacuse it’s on there broken site which no longer plays the video .
