So according to the Treetown fandom, The girl with the pigtails, Rosabelle, lives in an acorn house with her sister Tansy. She did have shorts with her and her "growing room" I believe, which was a seperate place where she grew plants. There is no mention of her having a kitchen area of any kind. But it is mentioned that her sister Tansy likes making sandwiches so it is possible. Also, keep in mind the fandom is not the most reliable source. It's pretty much all we have on Treetown though.
it might've been a spinoff about her and her sister, that makes alot of sense actually!! The style of houses in the show are similar to what i remembered. I remember the treehouse was in a backyard of a house that looked like the acorn house. and so basically it could've been a show or spinoff where she and her sister built a treehouse in their backyard.
That does make sense. And sounds definitely like something I would have seen as well. Unfortunately, information and content to do with Treetown itself is scarce let alone any short spin offs of it... This may be a completely lost show...

Also, I know you said it wasn't Treetown, but there is a girl with pigtails in that show, and there were short-form spinoffs of that show that focused on one character and are lost and/or hard to find such as the one that had the character Kush, I believe, in a library. Is it possible there was one based around the pigtailed girl in a kitchen?
Yeah I heard about lost Treetown episodes and spin offs which actually could be a decent lead. It has a similar vibe to be honest, the whole puppet and humans thing? but maybe in this episode or spin off it had suited people as animals too. The pigtailed girl is kind of familiar but I'm not sure.
Tbh the whole living in a treehouse with the treehouse logo on it is very familiar to me. I think there's a good chance it may be a spin off of Treetown. I know there was more than just the Kush in the library one, but I can't remember what the others' names were.

A lot of it reminds me of Nini's Treehouse. It was live-action and took place in a treehouse, and the lead character was a person in a giant animal suit. However, there was no girl and I don't know if it aired reruns around 2012. With that being said it does sound pretty familiar, and I'm not sure if that's because of the Nini's Treehouse thing. I will be looking into this as well.
It would be helpful if the person actually bothered to upload the full tape or describe what’s written on it. That could narrow down the date or what station played it.
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but apparently this song is from a Swedish radio station. It's also from 1980. The name and artist still are unidentified though...
I just found a variant of the commercial that features a song eerily similar to what I remember. But I could have sworn the lyrics said "Can't stop this feeling, It Won't let go". Also could have sworn it was a female singer...
While making that other thread in unidentified media, I remembered another commercial from the same time. This one I'm pretty sure is lost because I remember it quite well and I can't seem to find it.
It was a mid 2000s commercial for Excel gum. It had cgi characters of a donut, a coffee, and some garlic. The gimmick was they followed this guy around and once he noticed them, he took a piece of excel gum and they went away.
There were a couple of these ads, both with original songs, (at least I think they were original), the one can be found and features the song "I'm going to play all day and party all night."
However, there was another one that had a softer, more accoustic song that had the lyrics "Can't stop this feeling, it won't let go". This variant of the ad appears to be lost. I remember seeing these ads a lot and liking the songs.
Hey all. I was just wondering if anyone else remembers this Coca Cola commercial from the 2000s.
I can't really remember the commercial itself but i distinctly remember it had the song "The Rest Of My Life" by Canadian rock band Sloan on it. I think there was also a guy outside walking around in the streets?
I remember they aired the commercial a lot here in Canada and it was the first time I ever heard that song. It was probably around 2005/2006? The song itself came out in 2003.
I thought the commercial was iconic as the song it featured was a pretty big hit, but upon trying to search for the commercial, I got nothing.
Does anyone else remember a Coca Cola commercial with that song or am I remembering it wrong?
I could have sworn I updated this thread but guess not. It is in fact the Humpty Dumpty cartoon from 1935 I mentioned earlier I got a vhs and found the tape that has it.
