First off, these tools (literally) are laughing at this girl with glasses. Then she breaks down crying. Then, out of nowhere, this black and white guy (similar to Two Face from Batman) appears and starts playing a harmonica. Then the girl plays her flute, while the tools join in. All is well.
I don't know what happens the first 15 seconds because PBSfanatic did not record it. Still wanted:HQ Bear and Friends, and Wishbone and Corduroy bumpers.
I know I won't be much help, but I looked on LMW and some of the old ID's/Bumpers for old shows (eg. Dragon Tales) have been FOUND! Some are incomplete, and there's a weird-colored, blurred out ID from an unknown show. Just decided to put that out there!
Do you have the link? How about the "boombox" spot or the "rapping TV and teddy bears" spot?
It is kind of funny if you look at the ADWS article and some YouTube videos, some people still don't seem to know it has been solved.
Guess what? User PBSfanatic has claimed to finding the bumper which will be uploaded soon, but it's missing some parts. Turns out it's a "zapping TV" bumper, such as youtu.be/S2A44x-zPho/

This is a PBS Kids bumper that is lost, but cannot be found. It starts off with a girl crying, and this boy walks around with a boombox I have not seen this in YEARS. Why are people still looking for ADWSS when somewhere they might have this bumper on one of their tapes?
Hm. Does that Arthur bumper have 00s PBS Kids music? I am surprised these bumpers lasted for a long time on your station. My station stopped using them when PBS Kids Go started. Which of these bumpers do you recall the most?
Do you by chance recall this bumper with a boy walking around with a boombox to cheer up a crying girl?
The fishbowl, dragon and the a,b,c,d,e one. And the Arthur bumper is just a piano playing in low notes.

We have found all 8 Ready to Learn bumpers, most of the show ID's and schedules, and some bumpers, but what else can we do? There is no luck on the Wishbone or Corduroy ID's or the Boombox Boy spot.

Besides the Wishbone and Corduroy bumpers, this animated short featuring a crying girl and a boy blasting hip hop jams on his boombox is still nowhere to be found. Nanis had his VCR and tapes thrown out in 2013, and he was the only person I know who had this bumper.
Nanis, shout out to you! You remember this bumper more than I do, probably. Can you summarize it more for me, please? We need this little gem to be found.
