Most notable is Pictureboard, a version of "Rhinestone" that can only be seen on a scene from an episode of "The Crow: Stairway to Heaven", Be Yourself (a jam that was performed at three shows in the summer of 2001),
Here's a website I recommend for information about Linkin Park's live shows, recordings, demos, etc etc
There is also a lost TV special called "MuchLOUD Summer Sanitarium After Party" which aired on MuchMusic and featured an interview with Linkin Park after their 2003 Toronto show.
Plus here's another interesting piece of LP lost media. A film maker named Mark Osterick spent an entire day or so with Linkin Park (back when they were called Hybrid Theory) in 2000 and filmed them. Hybrid Theory were holding a session at the HiFi Hollywood studios in LA. The band played demo versions of songs from their then-upcoming album "Hybrid Theory".
lp-bits.com/ (This website and the forums of lplive.net is where you can download audio and video recordings, both professional and audio recordings of Linkin Park, STP (with Chester), Mike Shinoda, Grey Daze, Dead By Sunrise, Julien-K, Fort Minor etc. Live shows and demos.
DJ Joe of Linkin Park
Lockout: Jeff Blue:
According to the show page for the sessions:
"Source 1: Video - PROSHOT (Unknown) Taper: Marc Ostrick Time: 2.5 hours~ Format: ? Comments: Filmed by Marc Ostrick for his "Lockout" documentary series that was first uploaded to YouTube in 2006 ("Jammin' With Hybrid Theory", "DJ Joe Of Hybrid Theory"). For the full raw footage, over $10,000 is wanted."
So yeah, according to this, Mark wants over $10,000 for the raw 2.5 hour footage.
There may be more Linkin Park lost media I didn't mention but there's much more extensive info on fansites such as lplive.net, lpassociation.com, lp-bits.com, etc etc
I also put a number of them on YouTube, unlisted of course, I tried uploading all of them to YouTube but the ones in this playlist were the only ones not geoblocked worldwide by Toei. Of course these eps are only geoblocked in Holy See (Vatican City State), Italy & San Marino and the Content ID claim is by "Yam112003 Endemol" but at least they're viewable on YT: www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL-eTK1JuIi0IaxXfURrkHeDPkZgwP-OoB
As for disc 4, that disc contains an anime "movie" completely unrelated to Mazinger Z but it was included in the DVD set from iOffer so I'm just gonna include it anyway. The "movie" is called Shadow World, and is actually 5 episodes of a anime series dubbed in English and spliced together. The anime is called "UFO Warrior Dai Apolon" (Japanese: UFO戦士ダイアポロン", also called "UFO Senshi Dai Apolon", "UFO Soldier Dai Apolon", "UFO Robo Dai Apolon" & "Dai Apolon". The dubbed "movie" was released in 1983 in the USA on VHS. On the DVD, the movie is split into 3 separate vids, with the opening and closing credits split from the rest of the movie. I uploaded the movie on YouTube with the opening & closing credits spliced in, but also uploaded those separately:
Not to be a picky videophile but can someone please contact that guy who has the DVD review copy and tell him to rip it again, bit with DVD Decrypter and in Video_TS? Because I don't feel like the "high quality" mp4 is truly uncompressed and I kinda like raw DVD versions. An uncompressed MKV may also do as well.
I have the 1983 out of print Mazinger Z VHS that you mentioned above. I grew up watching the English dub that was faithful to the original and I still have my copy of it! I would love to watch the whole thing dubbed.
Track 1 - "The Call of Ktulu" Track 2 - "Harvester of Sorrow" Track 3 - "The Thing That Should Not Be" Track 4 - "Fade to Black"/"No Leaf Clover" Track 5 - "Leper Messiah"/"Wherever I May Roam" Track 6 - "Battery" Track 7 - same as Track 5 (did you upload the files as they were ripped from the CD?) Track 8 - "Enter Sandman" Track 9 - "Seek & Destroy" Track 10 - "For Whom the Bell Tolls" Track 11 - "Mama Said" Track 12 - also "Mama Said" Track 13 - "Dyers Eve" (with a bit of "To Live is to Die" before it kicks in) Track 14 - "Nothing Else Matters"
All covers, though I don't know who performs on them.
I uploaded the files as they were ripped from the CD. The only thing I did with them is put tags on the Artist and Album sections, plus the track numbers. I left the names blank.
It's strange about tracks 11 and 12 being the same song, but different parts.
And I can clearly see that the track listing on the back of the DVD cover is totally wrong on a few songs.
Wouldn't be surprised if they passed off covers as the actual band performing them.
Thanks a lot for this. I'm gonna go fix the files with the tracks.
So, I bought a bootleg CD/DVD set featuring the band Metallica called "Metal Warriors - The Movie" and the DVD contains an unauthorized documentary about the band. The set includes a CD, which contains various tracks from the band.
This is the tracklist, according to the back of the case:
