This Goodwill not too far from me always sells disgusting old pencils (for some reason) so I'm gonna actually start looking through them whenever I go. The SpongeBoy pencils seem just like something they'd have there, easily.
I don't know any other forum dedicated to pencils. But yeah, it's a good starting point (pun intended) to start a "have you seen this" thread on there.
Alright this has got me intrigued! Why would the staff make such an odd story up? It probably no longer exists. I wonder if it was in the California area?
Considering how there's almost no proof of its existence & considering California is THE most populated & well known state of the US, I really doubt that. I would probably say it was in some lesser known state such as Arkansas, Wyoming, Michigan, or Delaware.
