You played as a character (possibly an animal) from a birds eye view and it was point and click except for minigames. There was an angry cloud that wanted to ruin a carnival, and eventually you win by getting a hot air balloon or something. There may have been a Ferris wheel as well. Does anyone remember this? At first I was thinking this was the game Totty Pig, but the descriptions for this online don't seem to match. Does anyone remember this?
