Back in the mid 2000s i remembered this one commercial of a cgi animated man with glasses and a suit. I believe he had like an oval shaped head and a very geeky but fast talking voice. He was kinda like a spokesman for a company that unfortunately I don’t remember what it was targeted for... maybe insurance or something. It would mean so much if you guys have or remember anymore information of this commercial

If I did, I would tell you. I can't find the commercial in question in any YTP commercial collab videos, either.
Did the commercial character in question have wide-open, staring eyes that didn't blink? I think that I saw a video in which whoever made the video commented on that feature; noting that it made the character look unusual.
