80s Movie With Violent Mexican Band

I watched a movie with my mom about this one Mexican (I’m assuming they are Mexican, they might be from another part of Latin America) that consisted of a music group of young delinquents (possibly teenagers) who did some really bad stuff and were all around violent. There are like three events I can recall from the movie. One scene consists the burning of a man who is still alive from people in the crowd of a concert of the band, another is of a rape scene where the band break and enter into a house and kill a guy and proceed to sexually assault a woman. Finally, a scene that is basically a rumble, but they used weapons and there is a good amount of violence shown. The band as well wore overalls if I can recall. This is all I remember from the movie and I am pretty sure the movie came out in the 80s or 90s. It won’t help saying my age because I’m only 16, but my mom has watched it and she is currently 46 years old. If anyone has any ideas to what I am referring to that would be great. I need all the help I can get for this movie.
