A week ago, I saw a CD at the Goodwill for a band called "The Fly Honeys". I thought the cover was funny and took a picture of the front and back and put it the CD away, as I have no intention of actually buying it. But, when I decide to look the band up online, I find no trace of them. I searched YouTube and Google to no avail. When I come back to the same store a few days later, the CD is gone. I was wondering if anyone has any information on this group as I am curious about why I cannot even find them on the internet.
The album name in question was "Picking up Chicks at The Mall".

Did anyone consiter that The Fly Honeys might just be a garage-band that no one knows about that decided to make a CD because it would be cool? That might be the only music they made. It could have just ended up in a thrift store because someone didnt know that it wasn't special.

That's sort of what I was getting at, I've seen a number of low-quality self-printed CDrs in thrift stores, and they're pretty easy to spot so that's why a picture would help greatly

It seems that you can buy a copy of their album on Amazon. There's only 2 left, though. I just found one of the members on Facebook and asked him if he would ever put some of their old music online. He hasn't gotten back to me, yet. Here's the Amazon link, if anyone wants to pick up a copy.
