I don't know what channel I was watching this on, but I remember a kid's show with a real franchise and one episode described as follows: I distinctly remember a group of "heroes" who may have worn colorful outfits. They had their own HQ in a simple-looking set. I remember that there were males and females on this team, and that they were adults. But next door lived a very boring, obviously "bad guy" group in an office-looking setup.
The "good guys" had a very colorful box of crayons, but the "bad guys" only had beige crayons. I remember the heroes calling these crayons boring.
The heroes represented creativity, and the villains represented a lack of it.
It's definitely not "The day the crayons quit" (although it could be an adaptation) because the characters were definitely people.
Also, this may or may not be connected to the show, but I also remember going on a website with a tornado as a homepage (possibly called a brainstorm?) in which there were different minigames. One of these was creating your own box of... well, creativity. You could customize it with stickers, marker, etc, then save it to the website.
imagination movers?? I really used to enjoy that show and remember that the brain storm was a big part of it. Aplus, the “villain”’s favorite color was beige! I don’t remember crayons, though.
