Okay, I am not happy about what is happing Sesame Street on Youtube. I found out that TPIRMan1982 got hit with a copyright strike for posting the classic Sesame Street game show sketch: What's My Part? where the mystery guest is The Foot. WMG (Warner Music Group) blocked the video and gave him a full copyright strike. Then, He got hit with a 2nd copyright strike for posting the song, Hace Calor (It Sure Is Hot), Well, He is not the only user who posted classic Sesame Street clip that got him in trouble. MarshalGrover was hit with posting (I Believe) In Little Things as well as JohnnyTBirdzBack did too. Then Sawing14s was hit with Google Bugle, and The New Way to Walk. WMG is flagging every Sesame Street clips on Youtube. Even the ones that are posted by Sesame Workshop. I found out this morning that WMG terminated Deanmo23's Youtube account. And that makes me furious.

Yeah, but if I'm not wrong, WMG is what caused the Youtube audio purge epidemic a few years back.

But WMG blocked some of MY Sesame Street clips! (I'm JFriendsFan96 on YouTube.)
And this is INDEED FALSE CLAIM. WMG doesn't own the rights to Sesame Street! Hope WMG gets sued by Sesame Workshop one day for false claims!

Yeah! I remember they also claimed the PBS kids game show, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? And they also claimed 90's Disney shows (Such as Raw Toonage/Bonkers/Marsupilami). And that's not right. That is false copyright claim. And UMG_MK has done the same thing to The Beatles.

I agree with you. We cannot have false copyright claims on Youtube. Claiming contents you don't own is NOT okay! I know a user named TheKingOf8 (Michael Smith) had to take down his Sesame Street videos because he worried that WMG might banned his account. Three strikes = termination. I just found out earlier this week that Sesame 101 was hit with a full copyright strike for posting "My Sesame Street Home Video: Learning About Letters". Rohail Hashmi was hit with 2 copyright strikes on Youtube. I hope your JFriendsFan96 account does not get terminated. I know in 2013, Sesame Workshop claimed a lot of those clips. And I decided to pull the plug on posting Sesame Street clips on Youtube. And now, I am posting it on Twitch!

Some Sesame Street fan by the name of QBProductions had to file a counterclaim against WMG over the Sesame Street video of "Handful of Crumbs" (partial English, with the English audio from the album). If WMG doesn't respond to the counterclaim in 30 days, the video might go back up. QBProductions told me that if the company manages to keep your video down and decline to your counterclaim, you could get sued. I read some Google Product forums about the suing over counterclaims, and some say that usually the suing for counterclaims is VERY rare. I remember that a 14-year old kid got sued by Epic Games for cheats on the video game Fortnite.

To find out what's going on Warner Music Group claiming videos they do not own without proof of partnership published somewhere on the WMG or the SW website, talk to Sesame Workshop using the phone number "212-875-6299" or go to court, tell your lawyer what's going on and have it notify that company to have a conversation about it. If they say that they're not partners with it and it's still an issue, they'll file a lawsuit against it.

I checked around my Creator Studio page, and hopefully all the videos (except anything manually claimed by Sesame Workshop from last year) that WMG blocked are now unblocked. Let's hope the false blocking by another company doesn't happen, but if UMG starts blocking and claiming Sesame Street clips, we're doomed. ={
