So, one show that I don't recall ever seeing, but I'm curious about is called "Little Big Kid". If you recall during our search for "My Special Book" (which is still going), the article "YTV Ramps Up" (from August 1998) mentions the following sentence. "On the preschool front, YTV Productions include "The Fuzzpaws", a puppet sitcom; "Little Big Kid", live-action life lesson shorts; "My Special Book", story shorts; "Nanalan'", a toddler's-eye view of life in puppet/live-action shorts; and "Pet Squad", tot cult hero PJ Katie's (of Farm fame) newest animal shorts vehicle, in which she sleuths out answers to kids' animal queries." I don't know what the content of the show is. During my research of "My Special Book", I found that, like "My Special Book", it started airing on YTV as part of their YTV Jr. morning programming block in September 1998 and aired there until about September 2000, where it moved to Treehouse TV and aired there until August 2002. Unlike "My Special Book", it didn't come back in March 2004. Has anybody seen this or know where to find it? I'm quite intrigued.
I remember seeing listings for that too but I have no idea what it is. I always just got it confused with the shorts with the me do monster lol
They're quite similar I guess. "Little Big Kid" is an in-house production, while "I Can Do It" is an original prgoram produced by RedCap Productions. I did find an IMDb page for it though.
I got some info about the show from Michael Decsi around this time last year when I contacted him concerning "My Special Book". From what he told me, he was involved in the first season's production but had none whatsoever in the second season. He told me they did shoot some colour publicity stills, but has no clue as to where they might be.
Probably the biggest lead from the email is someone he mentioned while talking about the show. He dropped the name "Peter Oldring", whom of which the show apparently featured. I'm unaware of the role he played, but he is a prominent voice actor and comedian.

Peter Oldring played the title character in Season 1. I've contacted the star from Season 2, comedian Jessica Holmes, but she doesn't have any footage. She used to, but it got used so much by her kids, and they probably don't even have a VCR anymore, so it just got thrown out.

I just contacted Peter Oldring (the guy in the first season), and he actually was very happy when I messaged him. He says that they were all recorded on Beta tapes. He'd check to see if he had any in his attic. If we do get ahold of Beta copies, it might be hard to record them as I don't have a Beta player. I think my uncle in another province does though somewhere in his basement. It might be hard to take it over a plane though.

Wait. I think I remember this. Did it have a character called Youri?

Wow! That is awesome! I’m new here but I came across this forum while looking for the show.
At the beginning of each episode they had a real kid yell out the episode title. I was one of those kids. YTV came to my school and had us all say about 10 different lines. I never got to see the finished show but I think I was the kid that yelled “Happy Birthday Little Big Kid” If you do ever find some of the episodes I would be forever grateful!

Whoa, that's so cool. Welcome to the wiki. Would you happen to know any of the other kids who did the voiceovers and if they remember anything about it.

Thanks for the welcome!!
I remember it would have been late 1998/1999. They came to my grade 2 class which was just outside Toronto (North York). I still am in contact with a lot of my classmates from then (thanks Facebook) but I don’t remember too much. I know they had us on screen when we said the lines. And then after they filmed we all got these awesome YTV pins. I wish I knew where mine was still.
But it would really be something to see those clips again!
