I rememeber there were a few interesting ads in comicbooks I had as akid. The comic books I remember these ads being in were: Civil War issue 7 (with the Iron Spider variant cover), Spider Man: The Other issue 6, I think (I remember it was the one where he died foghting Morlun the vampire). Now the ads were as follows, I've only amanaged to identify two of them so far. One was an ad for the cybercomic "M&M's: The Swarm" and the other one was for the video game "Perfect Dark: Zero". Now, the ones I'm having trouble finding. Ad 1) It was an ad for skateboard or basketball shoes, I remember the ad used black, grey and red colors. The logo looked like a cross between an obtuse triangle with rounded corners and the worm from "Staggering Beauty" but with bigger eyes. Ad 2) It was an ad for a Samurai-type game, on the original Xbox, I think, I remeber in the ad it showed the main character fighting a big samurai with glowing, fiery purple eyes. It had a similar style to the "Fable" video game series. I would appreciate your guys help finding these ads, i've been thinking about them for years.
I was looking at all the covers of the Warriors series and the closest match was for Warriors Orochi. But, well, I don't think it's what you're looking for...

Nope, not it, but really close. The ad was very similar to the cover art that would be on the back of the box containing the game disk, the only problem is that there's so many games that are like the one from the ad. We just have to keep digging.
UPDATE: I found the ads! Turns out they were all in Amazing Spider-Man issue #526, part 6 of 12 of the Evolve or Die arc. The video game ad is Genji: Dawn of The Samurai, and it's quite different from how I remember it, although it's sti pretty cool. The other ad is for a Nike shoe released in 2004, knkwn as the Nike 6. Unfortunately, the link is expired and redirects to Nike's current website, and I haven't been abke to fund any images, so I have no idea what this shoe might have looked like. Thanks for all your help, those of you who suggested search terms and helped bump the thread.
