So I'm sure many are familiar with this 7-minute Family Guy pilot episode from 1998 or so:

However, there was recently a video uploaded to YouTube, an interview with Seth McFarlane from shortly before the series' premiere, where additional scenes from this pilot are shown. These scenes retain the same character designs, coloration, and rougher animation style of the pilot (Stewie's green/purple outfit, Lois' blonde hair, Peter's thicker glasses, etc. )but are nowhere to be found in the actual pilot. Several of these scenes did eventually make it into the series, but in a completely different context. For example, the "chicken fajitas" scene never included Brian in the series. Regardless of what you think of Family Guy, this is a pretty interesting discovery that I'm surprised hasn't been talked about. I'm pretty sure this version of the pilot has never surfaced.
