1. What does that lost cause of a lost media case have anything to do with this? 2. This is about a site akins "Foster's Big Fat Awesome House Party" or some shit
i thought it could help since mcdonlad world could have been a fox kids sponsor
We understand that McWorld also stood as a brand in the 90's. However, this is a 2000-2010's online flash game. No other similarities other than the name. Again, I still am doubting this game to ever be found. Unless we can make an effort to find it, it won't be found. Best thing to do is wait for more people to join the search. Maybe check the Wayback Machine.
discord.gg/b7wdF7 If anyone is still here I’ve made a discord to discuss Mcworld and potential work to recreate the game please consider joining (we are currently 2 members) we have some pictures of a few of the maps and the mPals (avatars)

Can I get an invite to your discord server? The link right here seems to not work.
The page shows the loading screen for the game, but it's completely expected that it's in an indefinite loading screen. I know Club Penguin is still up and running through a site made by someone who rewrote the game. Perhaps we can get in touch with them and ask how they did so, and whether or not they could do the same for McWorld.
Using this link I was able to download the SWF file from the archive and viewing it with JPEXS Flash Decoder found under 'Scripts/it/gotoandplay" is a folder named "smartfoxserver" with various scripts relating to I would guess the client the game uses. Googling Smart Fox Client pulled up a site for the client that even says on it's homepage that it's the flash based client for multiplayer game servers. Here's a link to that company's official site if anyone's interested. www.smartfoxserver.com/ Looking at gameplay you start off with 150 points on your account, and with certain mCodes you can get an egg worth 250 mPoints. Another minor detail is the name of the boy avatar is just "mGuy". Last thing to note, I stumbled upon a blog that documented a huge majority of the mCode items since it gave away mCodes for use in the game. The site was very helpful on that part as it also showed images of the items in the store, and gave the name of the license/promo that was to with one being to the 2011 Halloween Happy Meal pail toys. I also found an online portfolio of a developer on the game that shows some of the best quality screenshots I've seen (possibly even concept art), with even some images of 6 of the game's characters to show there design. This is that portfolio: stevestrauch.com/virtual-world
edit: Downloaded all archived versions of the SWF file of the game, and each one so far has differences. The years the flash files are from are 2008, 2011, and 2012. Adobe Flash CS4 Professional seems to be the version of flash the game was created in seeing the 2011 version's metadata file. Curiously the 2011 version also has buttons for things like shoot a web, water, and others. The directort "scripts/com/creta/hm3" has scripts relating to various things like events, npcs, quests, and others. Other files with a notable one being library.swf has various sprites for things like avatars, and locations. View files to the game archived on Archive.org (Using this shows a list of available files from the page archive itself): web.archive.org/web/*/http://vw.happymeal.com/en_US/swf3/*
Last Edit: Sept 27, 2021 5:49:46 GMT by tehsuparhackr: more info, link to the game's files that were on archive.org.
