Just so you know, this is NOT Numberjacks. Which I bet some of you will think I'm talking about.
I remember this show from when I was in Grade 1, My teacher would play it on the TV from a VHS tape sometimes and we would watch it, from what I know, it was about 4 different math symbols or other symbols (I'm not sure if it was all math symbol characters or other types of symbols like letters or shapes). One character was a green + symbol with a round yellow nose. and another symbol was pink, and the other two were twins, who I think were also green or aqua green.
Episodes were commonly about problem solving and solving situations as they work together, On occasions the video would stop with a ? symbol, and the teacher would pause the episode and help us figure out how the characters were gonna solve the situation, the CG was around the quality of 90s Veggietales. I remember there was an episode about playing with balls, and they sang a song about it, and there was also another episode where they help paint a house or something.
We watched it in 2007, although I don't think it came out around that time, as I remember searching for the website that the video promoted, and it didn't exist anymore. so it was probably from the 90s or early 2000s. and I live in Canada, so it may or may not be a Canadian show. and I don't know if it was home video exclusive or TV broadcast.
I know I don't have much information, but I felt if there's any forum that I'll post this on, its here. so if any of you know what I'm talking about, please tell me if you remember or know the name.
This is an old thread, so sorry for necro-ing, but this is almost definitely Math Monsters! It was probably one of my favorite shows when I was younger, even though I was never even decent with math. It was genuinely entertaining, haha.
You can find a good amount of episodes on youtube, iirc.
