Back in the early to mid-2000's when the nutrition movement was at its peak, I recall seeing a PSA on either Nick or Cartoon Network about healthy eating. It starred a live-action bag of sugar in a bandit mask creeping around the bottom of the screen, with a narration warning "Watch out for hidden sugar!". It then showed the sugar bag wearing a pirate hat and an eyepatch for some reason. I also remember there being live action footage of a group of people standing on a wide staircase waving happily at the camera, but I don't know if that was from the same PSA or maybe a commercial that aired before or after it.
