I actually remember these games pretty fondly. These games were exclusive to the Dish Network and as so you had to use the dish remote. They had a game channel for board games, such as Monopoly. And Disney had one as well. If I can remember there were shows such as sweet life on deck, Phineas and Ferb, and Kim Possible. The only one I can remember is Kim Possible where you would climb a tree and avoid snakes and other obstacles. This was around 2008-2010. They removed most of the games on the service. Probably because contract issues. They are most likely lost cause they only had these games for so long but if anyone can find these games or remembers them comment below.
PS: This is a thing I loved about the games they would have a game a snake while it loaded a game and it was fun as crap. If I can find any more info I will post down below.

I remember something similar. I believe it was called ITV (Not to be confused with the UK tv channel). I remember there were several different places. The only one I remember, however, is PlayinTV. There was also a kids place hosted by some rabbit, as well as a world cup only soccer game and many Disney themed games you had to buy.
"oooh, you're a- a freaked out child in the woods..."
