Like it was stated earlier, SpongeBob is obviously animated to be saying “F*%# This” during the game scene which makes a lot more sense in context of the scene so it might help reading the lips every time a character swears in the episode as a guide to finding the right clips.
I remember Tom Kenny mentioning the swearing at a panel, but like I said, until we get explicit confirmation from the cast that "Yes, this is clip is 100% authentic and we can all vouch for this" then I'm not completely invested or buying that this is real.
There is an audio commentary of this episode in the SpongeBob SquarePants season 2 boxset that I'm not seeing very many people talk about. This is stated on the SpongeBob wiki:
"According to the audio commentary, the episode was planned to have a scene that had SpongeBob saying, "Go (dolphin noise) yourself" followed by Patrick saying, "(dolphin noise) you too!" during the Eels and Escalators Game. It was cut for the fact that the foul language used was quite easy to decipher."
I find it odd that these audio commentaries and storyboards/animatics from the DVDs haven't been discussed regarding this topic. I hear many people also say that it's a "rumor" that a writer stated the characters are based on the 7 deadly sins, even though that's actual fact. Mr. Lawrence stated this in the audio commentary of season 1's "Plankton".
I honestly wish more of them were uploaded online. I feel like the Sailor Mouth one might give us more insight. It'd also just be interesting to hear the production's team's thought-process while working on it. Voice actors were included in many of the SpongeBob audio commentaries too.
I think that they recorded the lines out of order, so that's why the swears might not fit in. They also could have just tried to find a swear word with enough length to fill in that part.
And the part about the mouths not syncing up is something I'd dismiss due to the fact that, why make the animators go through with making SpongeBob lip read "B### me!" When it will be censored by dolphin noises?
And also, they could've simply animated it wrongly to avoid people finding out what they were actually saying.

As explained by LSSQ earlier the workprint the audio supposedly originated from a ISO rip of a CD containing the animatics and raw audio for the voices with no music or anything. And proceeded to say that the workprint ISO was found on a archive.org post some time ago of which contained multiple ISOs of different workprints from various CDs. LSSQ specifically mentions that the workprint for "Nasty Patty" was among the workprints found in the collection uploaded to archive.org. Although finding the collection is impossible now as it seems to have been taken down (or just uses some naming scheme that are not known) I did manage to find the original workprint ISO for "Nasty Patty". Oddly enough it was uploaded on the LMW Discord years ago. Even managed to contact the person who supposedly owns the CD and got a hold of it. I'll attach photos of the DMs and the photo of the CD itself as posted on the Discord found-media channel as well as the url to the google drive to the ISO itself. It is important to note that when asking both the owner and friend about if they had access to any other workprint CD that they DID NOT. That this CD was the ONLY one they ever had access and have NO idea as to the source of the other workprint.
In my personal opinion the likely-hood of the Sailor Mouth uncensored clips being real is extremely high. The fact that the naming scheme is EXACTLY the same as shown on the screenshot provided in LSSQ's video as it is in this ISO and the style and directories of the two. Even the codes for the episodes are accurate. "182-EMR" and "195-EMR". To fake this would be a trolling of incomprehensible scale.
I would assume that the source of the Sailor Mouth ISO that is yet to surface was from another separate source along side what other workprints was in the collection. I can only assume it was a compilation of multiple ISOs from seperate sources unrelated to each other and the Sailor Mouth one had just popped up from sort of as of yet known source that then gave it to who ever uploaded the collection. At least in my personal theory.
If there is a way to search the Archive.org database's delete and edit history of files or just files in general then be on the look out for file names that specifically contain "182" in the ISO name as that is the production number for it I think. Trying the exact phrase "182-Sailor mouth.iso" might work but not sure if all the ISOs that were uploaded in the listing would have used the same naming scheme as the ISO here for Nasty Patty.

Honestly while i think the "BL*W ME" audio is real, and the other one of spongebob doing his best travis touchdown impression might be A.I i really dont get the argument of "Bl*w me wouldnt fit the scene". Like it was gonna be bleeped out anyways and with no real concrete statement on what the exact word is. Tom Kenny probably just went with the first thing that came to mind since nobody would hear it in the show lmao.
