It might be. It might also have been transferred from YTV after Treehouse became its own channel. Or it could have been aired on both networks at the same time.
No response from Treehouse's staff yet.
well hope they respond, really curious about this show:0

No response yet...
How long should they take to respond? (That is a question for anyone to answer.)
"Weekend? It's Monday already."

Dear [senshisun, formally adressed] Thank you for writing to us. Due to the large volume of mail that we receive about our current shows and schedule, we generally can't maintain information on programs whose contracts are expired or that have been off our schedule for more than a year. We therefore aren't able to answer your question. We suggest you try doing an internet search for television show databases in order to help you find this information.
We are currently unable to provide copies of our programs as Treehouse does not have a service in place to accommodate such requests. As well, we are generally only licensed to broadcast programs and not to distribute them. If you are looking for copies of a program, we suggest you try asking at your local video store or searching on-line to see if the program is available for retail sale. Even if a video store doesn't generally carry your show, it might be possible for them to order it for you. Sincerely,

I decided to look up this show, and the only concrete anything that I could find in regards to its existence was a single photo on Toonarific. It's not much, but I'll leave the link to the picture anyway.

And now here's an episode guide for (presumably) the entire series, though I'm not sure how accurate the information is since it's for Time Warner Cable in Southern Manhattan.

I'm thinking that Beezoo's Attic is either: on an old VHS somewhere, or buried in a cartoon archive on the internet. I'm gonna be digging into that this evening, so if I find anything I'll update this post.
There's an ancient web page of a spring 2001 YTV schedule showing Beezoo's Attic. Again, not much, but it's something.
I also found the resumé of a puppeteer named Fred Stinson, who is credited as having worked on the show. So we've found a crew member at least, though no contacts.
The video was posted back in September. Perhaps we can get in contact with the user who posted the video and see where they found it. My grandmother knows the show, and did confirm that she remembers the promo that was shown.
I got in contact with the poster. Apparently it was donated to a community yard sale and thrown out before he picked it up himself and uploaded multiple commercials on it online. That being said, it's unfortunately a dead end there.
Actually no, he had a look into it himself. Through his own research he discovered that the show was an English version of the show "Le Grenier de Bisou", translated to English as "Bisou's Attic" which was aired in French. Same masks, same pronunciation of the name, same characters, everything.
On top of it all they gave me a link to an active website for the show. The site has tonnes of information including character cards. Hope this helps: cf.tfo.org/jeux/bisou/?nodetect
