Besides that, my favorite fun facts I used to share were all Wimpy Kid ones I gathered back when the memes were still big. My absolute favorite being the animated Mcdonald's advertisements from the UK, where Greg goes through the strangest setup ever.
Contrary to popular belief, the video game crash of 1983 mostly only affected the United States, and was barely even noticed in the rest of the world. Also, E.T. for Atari 2600 did not single-handedly cause the crash. While the failure of that game was certainly a factor in American consumers turning away from console gaming at that time, it was more a combination of things like market oversaturation, both in dedicated game consoles and games; lack of true quality control for games for those systems, especially the Atari 2600; and the rising popularity of home computers, particularly the IBM PC and the Commodore 64, which all happened over the span of somewhere around 7 or so years before the crash actually happened.

YouTube was originally going to be a dating site. People would upload their videos talking about themselves and you could match so Tinder before Tinder. No one used it so they changed it to what it is today.

TV spots for The Tigger Movie originally featured the song "Semi-Charmed Life" by Third Eye Blind, but they were recalled because the song is about drug addiction.

Despite them being near Russia(with Finland almost completely bordering Russia), Norway, Sweden & Finland don't consider themselves part of Eastern Europe & alongside Denmark & Iceland, are instead part of the Nordic countries of Western Europe. Even after having been part of the Russian empire from 1809-1917, they still were highly connected with Sweden & Norway, even being able to avoid the Communist Bloc that other countries like Hungary, Poland & Croatia suffered through.

It was also originally formed in response to people having a hard time finding a video online featuring Janet Jackson's infamous "nip slip" during the 2004 Superbowl Half Time show.
There was a missing person from back in the 60's named Lucy Ann Johnson. The whole story of her disappearance and her rediscovery is honestly fascinating to me, but the tl;dr is that she was reported missing in 1965 by her husband who said that she actually went missing in 1961. For a while, it was speculated that her husband murdered her, but after he died in the 1990's, the case went cold until 2013, when one of her daughters was looking into her family and posted about Lucy online. Another one of Lucy's daughters responded to her, and they later found out that she was STILL ALIVE and was now living in Canada. She stated that she disappeared because her husband was abusive, but she couldn't take her kids with her because he wouldn't let her. She was missing for over HALF A CENTURY and was later found alive. I remember hearing about this story in a YouTube video about missing people who ended up alive, and it blew my mind. I guess you could feasibly do this, but as more movies come out it'll become impossible soon
And not to mention the countless lost films there are, as well as all the different versions, like extended cuts or workprints. That could probably take anywhere from 90-130 years.
One I can think of right now is that there are more combinations of chess moves in chess than there are stars in the night sky that are viewable from Earth.
