I see that some people are saying that the op came and said it was a hoax on reddit, Didint some reddit users discover that they were screenshots from another reddit thread talking about the same topic? I only watch youtube videos on lost media and red lmw articles. I am not to caught up on the case. These responses really help.

Honestly, i'm 50/50, Idk if this exists, Tbh it probably does not exist because of the little info we have about it and the internet can be easy to fake anything on. But if it was real, It would be interesting. And I follow lost media because of the search that goes on. Most of the time the search is crazier than the actual media that is lost. I just want to see what people have discovered so far. Its been about a year now since the last update.

I helped out with the Saki search on /x/ in November 2019, right after Whang's video came out. I wrote a whole article about my experience, but in short, we had many hands looking for Saki over the course of 3-4 days - people calling friends in Japan, searching through old magazines, checking anime databases, etc. - and we found nothing. That's because Saki never existed, and there's nothing to find. In the nearly four years since then, I've come to learn a lot about the shady corners of the OVA industry. Here's a more in-depth post about some factors against Saki's existence.
There are so many signs that the OVA never existed, and yet, people keep asking for it! The title is not actual Japanese words, and moreover, the legend's OP already came forth saying it's not real. At this point, the only people still looking for Saki are 1. huffing copium because they'd be forced to admit they wasted 3-and-a-half years looking for an urban legend, 2. want to watch anime girls killing each other in a lavatory, or 3. sensationalizing the Japanese entertainment industry. Yes, there's a lot of screwed-up anime out there, but anyone thinking, "Well, it's a messed-up story, so someone in Japan must have actually made it!" is being racist, whether subconsciously or purposely, and should be ashamed of themselves.
If you just want a disgusting, obscure OVA, then sure; DM me and I'll send you a bunch of real titles that'll ruin your evening. If you want to look for real lost anime, here is a Japanese list of some real unfinished and/or unreleased anime. If you want to look for real NSFW OVAs that have not been recovered in full, here are the "final three" from the 1980s that archivists have not yet found:
Super Technical Anime: The Shogun (スーパーテクニカルアニメ ザ・将軍)
Classical Sex Zone 2: Ukiyo-e Academy Story: Utako-chan's Groin Drum (学園浮世絵物語 ウタコちゃんのマタグラ太鼓)
Classical Sex Zone 3: Heike Academy Story: Taira-sensei's Flourishing Gay Holiday (学園平家物語 平先生の盛者必衰のオカマホリ)
Finally, if you don't believe me and insist that Saki must somehow still be out there, then I have a bridge to sell you.

I'm going to take a position between the non-believers and the believers and say that it's entirely reasonable that some sort of something with the general same ideas existed, but "go for a punch" and "saki sanobashi" are not real, rather, most charitably some 4chan users misremembering stuff, and least charitably some 4chan users making stuff up (as 4channers are known to do). I don't think there's any possible way we'll ever know if something with similar themes, if it was found, was just a coincidence or not, so it's pretty safe to say it'll never be meaningfully "real". Somebody who actually knew Japanese went through every conceivable variation on "Saki Sanobashi" that could actually exist in the language (hint: "Saki Sanobashi" is NOT one of them) in the last thread and didn't find anything, which is pretty telling.
_alexpine_ on discord. 2018 was HOW many years ago?!?! If RPGMakerFan12 is so good, why isn't there an RPGMakerFan13? lostmediawiki.com/User:BrightyLighty

I would like to believe that it exists, or rather something similar to it. But after years of searching, nothing has come up and you'd think we would find at the very least a few frames from the elusive OVA.
